Please note we are a very small organization and often do not have the resources to answer your specific inquiries for help or advice. We try our best to respond to inquiries but due to the increasing volume of requests for assistance, unfortunately it has become impossible to respond to every email.
The following links represent a great majority of our inquiries and you should be able to easily find the answers you need.
If you sign on as a free member at Engaged Patients you will be added to our database and you will have access to all of our (and other) vetted patient tools and resources. We are not sending out regular emails or newsletters at this time but we will have access to your contact information to update you if this policy changes in the future.
Reminder! When you register at Engaged Patients you will create a password and then you will receive a confirmation email. You must respond to the confirmation email to activate your account.
